What does a baby planner do?

A typical day for a Baby Planner involves consulting with expectant parents to assess their needs, recommending products and services, and helping organize registries, nurseries, or support resources. Baby Planners often coordinate with healthcare professionals, doulas, lactation consultants, and maternity service providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care and information. They may also research the latest infant safety guidelines, attend educational workshops, and schedule follow-ups to support clients throughout pregnancy and the early parenting stages. This role blends independent planning with collaborative teamwork, all centered around providing reassurance and expert guidance to growing families.
