  • Charter Sourcing & Coordination: Work with FlyUSA's operations team and aircraft operator network to identify appropriate aircraft and transportation solutions based on mission requirements, timing, routing, payload, airport access, and operational considerations.
  • 24/7 Mission Responsiveness: Understand the around-the-clock nature of transplant and medical aviation and be prepared to support urgent opportunities and client needs outside traditional business hours when required.
  • Proactive Sales: Build and manage a pipeline of prospective medical aviation clients through research, outbound calls, email outreach, referrals, networking, industry events, and existing relationships.
  • Mission-Critical Communication: Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with clients and internal teams throughout each mission, particularly when schedules, aircraft availability, weather, airport conditions, or other operational factors change.

  • Existing relationships within the transplant, OPO, hospital, healthcare, or medical transportation communities.
