Accounting Assistant:

General Purpose: Perform a range of general clerical and bookkeeping support functions reporting to the Controller.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
  • Help manage open order report... closing jobs.
  • Enter and manage Standard Cost.
  • Enter Accounts Receivable payments.
  • Enter Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Prepare Accounts Payable payments for signature.
