About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Encore system as the Joined Up administrator, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Process customer invoices, post payments, and create new jobs in QuickBooks.
  • Review aging reports and perform soft collections to maintain cash flow.
  • Process vendor invoices and post payments for accounts payable.
  • Code and record general ledger transactions accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding vendor laborers and managing payments.
 Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and sit for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
