Job description

Job Summary:
As a member of the Learning Spaces team, install audio-visual systems in a variety of campus settings, including classrooms, conference rooms, laboratories, distance-learning facilities, and other workspaces. Responsible for communication of on-site installation progress with the Learning Spaces team.
This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Required Qualifications:
Two years post-secondary coursework
2 years experience in audio/visual, computer or related information technology hardware installation and support
Equivalent combination of education and experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Avixa CTS certification (or equivalency)
Experience in computer related training
