Summary

The organization is seeking an experienced Audio Visual (AV) Project Manager to own individual AV/IT integration projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for delivering assigned projects to high standards of quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while hitting schedule and budget targets. Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage individual commercial AV/IT installation projects end-to-end, from kickoff through completion, ensuring successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage project-level scope, schedule, budget, and labor resources so that assigned work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with department leadership to secure the personnel, equipment, and resources needed for assigned projects.
  • Identify project-level risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate project status to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support team members assigned to their projects in meeting KPI and quality goals, in coordination with department leadership.
  • Apply EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) processes and workflows to individual project execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Project Engineer to fully understand project scope of work and resolve site-level challenges.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience managing commercial AV installation projects.
  • 10+ years of experience in Audio Visual systems and commercial construction methodology.
  • Strong understanding of Audio Visual and low-voltage systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT networks and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to evolving technology and changing project requirements.
  • Proficiency with MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of project management best practices and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive a company-provided fleet vehicle.
  • Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.

Preferences

  • CTS or CTS-I certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a relevant technical degree.
