Job Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department. This role includes leading service advisors and technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, maximizing department efficiency and profitability, and maintaining manufacturer standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
