Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive: REMOTE – C-4 Analytics

C-4 Analytics is a fast-growing, private, full-service digital marketing company that excels at helping automotive dealerships increase sales, increase market share, and lower cost per acquisition. C-4 Analytics is committed to developing innovative solutions for every dealer in every market, and to providing the highest levels of accountability and customer service. We are currently hiring for an Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. The starting annual on-target earnings for this position is up to $250,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. Please note that the commission structure for this position is uncapped, and provides unlimited earning potential. 

In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Who We're Looking For: Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive - REMOTE

Elevate your career as an Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive, where you'll be at the forefront of expanding our footprint in the automotive industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual with a proven automotive dealership sales background, particularly in selling digital solutions to dealerships, with a knack for identifying and engaging dealer groups. In this role, you will take charge of seeking out and creating strategic relationships with dealer groups, identifying key decision-makers, and effectively communicating our value proposition to them. Your ability to pinpoint potential groups, build a custom strategy and approach for that group, and then build connections from the ground up is crucial.

Leveraging the strength of our sales team, you'll collaborate closely to ensure seamless support throughout the sales cycle. Your role will involve showcasing the benefits of our digital solutions and navigating complex group sales processes with finesse. This position is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on creating and nurturing strategic relationships.

Duties of an Automotive Enterprise Sales Executive: REMOTE

  • Develop and execute dealership group sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise-level dealerships.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Document all strategies and activities and keep pipeline and opportunity value documents up to date in the CRM system.
  • Continuously assess and improve the sales process.
  • THIS IS A CLOSING ROLE and requires the ability to pursue, manage, and close new strategic accounts.
  • This is a remote position. You may have the opportunity to develop business outside of your immediate geographic area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales, with a successful track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in the enterprise market.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and effectively navigate the complexities of the enterprise market.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing and have access to a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet prospective clients and attend industry events.
