Automotive Parts Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our professional dealership team. What You'll Do
  • Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with automotive parts sales.
  • Identify and source the correct OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogs.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and coordinate special orders.
  • Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
  • Promote parts specials and additional products when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive parts counter sales preferred.
  • Dealership experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems.
  • Experience with dealership management systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is helpful.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
