Description
We are seeking experienced, highly motivated Sales Desk Managers who want to operate their own book of business while receiving dealership-provided leads, marketing support, lender access, and administrative assistance.
This is not a traditional desk manager role. You will function as the primary sales and financing strategist for your assigned customers, supported by a dedicated sales assistant and our finance department.
As a Sales Desk Manager, you will manage your own pipeline of dealership-generated leads while also developing your own customer base. You will be responsible for the complete sales process from initial customer contact through vehicle selection, structuring, lender approval, and deal closing
Our Finance Manager will handle final contracting, compliance documentation, funding, and customer signatures, allowing you to focus on sales production and approvals.
Each Sales Desk Manager will have dedicated support staff to assist with appointments, customer follow-up, and administrative tasks.

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of automotive desk manager and finance manager experience preferred.
• Experience with subprime, near-prime, and prime financing.
• Strong understanding of lender programs and credit analysis.
Preferred Skills
• Dealertrack experience.
• Experience with lenders such as Westlake Financial, Credit Acceptance, Global Lending Services (GLS), Santander, American Credit Acceptance (ACA), CPS, and Capital One Auto.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and enterprising mindset.
