We are seeking an experienced leader who can maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all vehicle sales operations
  • Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives
  • Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance
  • Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
  • Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development
  • Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results
Qualifications
  • Proven success as an Automotive GSM, GM or Sales Manager
  • Luxury automotive experience preferred; Import experience is a plus
