What You'll Do

Lead every aspect of a busy luxury automotive service department while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, dispatchers, and support staff

  • Drive technician productivity, efficiency, proficiency, and profitability

  • Improve customer satisfaction and CSI scores

  • Monitor labor sales, gross profit, effective labor rate, and departmental KPIs

  • Recruit and retain top automotive talent

  • Maintain warranty compliance and manufacturer standards

  • Work closely with Parts, Sales, and Executive Management

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Build a positive culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

  • Ensure all repair orders, documentation, and departmental procedures meet dealership and manufacturer requirements

  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and high-performing service operation

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Manager

  • Luxury or import dealership experience preferred (INFINITI, Nissan, Lexus, Acura, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, etc.)

  • Strong leadership and employee development skills

  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Proven ability to grow service sales and department profitability

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, fixed operations, warranty administration, and technician management

  • Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar)

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

ASE certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus but are not required for the right candidate.
