Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, financial services, and customer relationship management. This role involves guiding customers through the financing process, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maximizing dealership profitability. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of credit analysis, and proficiency with financial software and title processing. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic automotive environment.
Duties
  • Manage the entire financing process for vehicle sales, including loan officer responsibilities such as credit analysis, TILA compliance, and contract preparation
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate up selling of additional products and services
  • Present financing options to customers, explain terms clearly, and negotiate deals to meet both customer needs and dealership goals
  • Process loan applications efficiently using financial software and ensure accurate title processing and documentation
  • Conduct credit checks and analyze financial information to determine approval eligibility
  • Collaborate with sales staff to close deals effectively while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on industry regulations including TILA and other federal/state laws affecting auto financing

Requirements
