Job description

Seeking an automotive service advisor. Our Automotive Service Advisor/ Service Writer greets customers and consults with them on their vehicle service needs. Some experience preferred, but not required. Will train. Must have computer skills.
  • Must have good customer service skills, including answering the phone in a professional manner.
  • Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and maintenance.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates.
  • Prior experience in automotive service writing.
  • Knowledge using computer to write up customer repair estimates.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints.
