Automotive Counter Sales Representative – NAPA Auto Parts (Miller Auto Supply)

NAPA Auto Parts (Miller Auto Supply) is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Counter Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive interactions—whether in person or over the phone. In this role, you will be the face of our retail store, serving as the primary point of contact with customers and ensuring they receive expert assistance with their automotive needs.

  • Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Utilize the pointofsale system to locate parts, manage customer accounts, and process orders.
  • Pull and prepare inventory for customer pickup or delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and wellstocked work environment.
  • Work until 6:00 PM and on a rotating Saturday schedule as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts store or relevant industry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Availability to work rotating Saturdays.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in an automotive parts store or related industry.
  • Background and/or passion for the automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership sectors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced retail environment.
