NAPA Auto Parts (Miller Auto Supply) is seeking an experienced and Energetic Store Manager to lead our Pittsburg, KS location. We are looking for a dedicated professional who values both employees and customers, fosters a positive work environment, and is committed to driving sales growth and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage daily store operations, mentor employees, and uphold the superior customer service standards that define NAPA.

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to enhance market presence and drive sales growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in Pittsburg and surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with ownership to plan workloads and assign work schedules effectively.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, including vehicle safety.

  • Analyze sales trends and performance metrics, working with ownership and distribution teams to optimize results.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong leadership at all times.
  • Expand wholesale sales efforts by targeting new markets and major accounts through proactive outside sales initiatives.
    • Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an automotive parts store or related industry.
  • 2+ years of management experience in the automotive sector (preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced retail environment while effectively managing a team.
  • Knowledge of cataloging systems and inventory management is a plus.
