Job Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person:  

  • Assist customers with auto parts inquiries and purchases, stock parts into inventory, deliver parts to technicians, and more. 
  • Provide expert advice on parts and accessories 
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure we always have the right parts in stock
  • Process parts orders and returns efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized auto parts counter and storage area. 

Job Requirements – Parts Counter Person: 

  • Auto parts counter experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable with a good work ethic
  • Familiar with inventory management systems and automotive repair processes
  • Must be organized and detail oriented, able to work independently, and multi-task efficiently
