The Counter Help position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, & services offered.

· Engages with both counter & phone customers to fully identify needs

· Provides quotes & order information to customers

· Processes & enters orders in system using relevant computer software

· Demonstrates knowledge of product
