Job Opening Fund Development Coordinator SW Fund Development Coordinator Reports To: Fund Development Director Location: Remote (Southwest Region) Job Type: Full-time Role Overview Baitulmaal is seeking a Fund Development Coordinator who will play an important role in advancing our mission by executing fundraising initiatives aligned with the organization's overall strategic goals. This role is responsible for renewing and upgrading existing donor relationships and cultivating new ones across a specific geographic region and multiple market sources, including individuals, corporations, masjids, and other nonprofits. Whether coordinating resources or engaging directly with donors, the role requires a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes in accordance with Baitulmaal's strategic priorities, ensuring that all activities contribute to the organization's long-term impact and success.

Key Responsibilities ● Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: Build and maintain relationships with donors, coordinating efforts to renew, upgrade, and expand support through strategic engagement. ● Event Support and Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of regional fundraising events, including logistical support, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. ● Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of regional donors, managing communication and relationship-building efforts, documenting interactions, and tracking engagement metrics.

● Marketing and Outreach: Collaborate with the Communications team to create marketing materials tailored to the regional audience, such as brochures, newsletters, and impact reports, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging. ● Collaboration with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between the Fund Development team and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of fundraising initiatives with Baitulmaal's strategic objectives. ● Administrative and Logistical Support: Provide necessary administrative support for fundraising efforts, including scheduling, record-keeping, preparing presentations, and tracking fundraising milestones.

Qualifications and Skills ● Proven experience in a fundraising, donor relations, or event planning role, preferably within a nonprofit or development environment. ● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. ● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems for donor tracking and management. ● A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to Baitulmaal's mission and long-term impact. ● Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events, as required.
