Join the team at Tom Wood Audi of Indianapolis as an Audi Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within the Indianapolis, IN area. This position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand, connecting customers with the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase process of Audi vehicles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Audi lineup, features, pricing, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Assist customers with financing, vehicle options, and trade-ins as needed.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
