 Weekend Attendance Management Coordinator (AMC)

Pay: $20-22/hour

Schedule: Friday 3:00 pm-11:00 pm; Saturday & Sunday (1st or 2nd Shift) with AMC phone coverage from 7:00 am-11:00 pm

As an Attendance Management Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping our programs running smoothly by coordinating staffing coverage, supporting employees, and ensuring continuity of care across our organization.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

What You'll Do


  • Coordinate Reliable Staffing Coverage: Schedule and assign substitute staff to ensure coverage for absences and open needs.

  • Support Employees & Communication: Communicate assignments, expectations, and updates while serving as a reliable resource for staff.

  • Manage Staffing Operations: Maintain substitute staffing records, monitor coverage needs, and support workforce planning.

  • Monitor Quality & Performance: Track staffing trends, complete quality assurance reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to Direct Services: Deliver a minimum of 24 hours of direct care shifts each week, including remote monitoring responsibilities, to stay connected to the consumer experience and understand the impact of services firsthand.

  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly: Problem-solve staffing challenges and help ensure individuals receive uninterrupted, high-quality services.
