Managing a classroom as a Ler involves creating an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and engaged. Effective strategies include setting clear expectations, using positive reinforcement, and incorporating a variety of teaching methods to address different learning styles. Regularly communicating with students and fostering open dialogue can help build trust and prevent disruptions. Additionally, collaborating with fellow educators and support staff can provide new insights and resources for managing challenges.
