The Senior Client Solutions Executive II - Mobility is a highly experienced sales professional responsible for driving strategic mobility solution sales to large enterprise and public sector clients. These individual leverages deep industry expertise, strong relationships, and advanced consultative selling skills to deliver innovative wireless, mobile, and IoT solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales efforts for AT&T's mobility portfolio, including wireless services, mobile device management, IoT, and related solutions for large and complex accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Solution Consulting: Assess client business needs and develop tailored mobility solutions that drive business outcomes and digital transformation.
  • Account Planning & Growth: Create and execute comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, successful implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, emerging mobility technologies (e.g., 5G, private wireless, mobile security), and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Proposal Development & Presentation: Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases for mobility solutions; lead negotiations and close complex deals.
  • Revenue & Performance Management: Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, pipeline goals, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Mobility and AT&T FirstNet solutions.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding technology, applications, and solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of sales-related experience.

Our Sales Executives earna base salary between $80,200 - 120,400 + commission with a total target compensation of $138,200 - $178,400.
