Job description

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: Based on experience

If you have a passion for engines and the automotive industry you've found the right place! Cometic Gasket, Inc. is looking to fill positions in our Technical Sales Department. We are looking for someone to who is able to (among other duties as needed):

-Answer phones, assist customers with questions regarding products, installation, and technical help

-Provide technical support through our interactive web chat feature

-Fill out and input orders, verifying that all the information is accurate

-Receive samples sent by the customer and work with engineering to develop a product to best fit the customer’s needs.

-Respond to any emails from customers that come to your established Cometic email.

-Provide after sale support to customers using Cometic products.

We are looking for candidates that possess the following:

-High School Diploma

-Excellent customer service skills

-General knowledge of the automotive industry and engine related experience

-Basic computer knowledge

-Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
