Athletic Field Maintenance Crew Members

We are adding Athletic Field Maintenance Crew Members to join our team this Green Season to work in our Athletics Division. Athletic Field Department maintains, renovates, and preps fields for games and practices.

Part-time and Full-time positions available - through the Spring, Summer, and Fall. After Green Season we move into Snow Season - Year-round, full-time employment!

Desired Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Athletic Maintenance Crew Member: Entry level. Athletic maintenance background preferred, not required (on job training available)
  • Athletic Maintenance Crew Leader: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the green industry, athletic field maintenance industry, and/or supervisory experience is preferred. Sports management and/or field prep experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of solving mathematical problems
  • Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
  • Able to work in various weather conditions for an extended period of time

Requirements
  • Athletics Maintenance Crew Leader: Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record. Requires a Chauffeur's license and DOT (or the ability to obtain one) prior to driving a company vehicle.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift (min 50 pounds) for long periods of time.
  • Able to pass a preemployment drug test.
