What The Position is About:

  • Lead and motivate the company’s call center team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, and train call center personnel (looking to double the size of the current team)
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements
  • Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales

 

The Right Candidate Will Have:

  • Call center leadership experience within the home improvement industry
  • Strong rehashing experience
  • Experience with LeadPerfection and Five9
  • Proven experience hiring and retaining call center staff
  • Windows and doors experience is preferred
