Job description

Position Description
As a Technical Writer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, you will create and maintain detailed manuals and online help guides for our software products.
Your role includes hands-on product testing of new features and updates, ensuring documentation is accurate and current. You'll also identify and suggest usability and documentation improvements based on your testing.
You will write technical content for monthly releases and may communicate with customers or subject matter experts to gather requirements and feedback. An important part of your work is maintaining in-app help content-writing, updating, and testing help messages to ensure instructions are reliable and easy to follow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Houston, TX based position with no travel involved; Strong spelling, proofreading, grammar, and editing skills; Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized; Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
