Job description

Job Title: AWS Support Analyst

Location: California (Remote)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of overall IT experience

  • Must hold a current AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer – Associate certification

  • Candidates with an AWS Associate-level certification (such as AWS Certified Support Engineer – Associate or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure

  • Support and manage AWS Connect telephony integrations

  • Work with API integrations and bridges connecting AWS Connect to CRM and ITSM platforms such as:

    • Salesforce

    • ServiceNow

  • Ensure seamless connectivity and operational stability of cloud-based communication solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Connect administration and troubleshooting

  • Experience integrating AWS services with Salesforce and ServiceNow

  • Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident resolution, and API-based integrations
