BRMi is seeking a Associate Tech Support Analyst

Salary: 75k-97j

FT Onsite in Vienna, VA

Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports
  • Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
  • Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end
  • Testing returned devices through the return merchandise (RMA) process
  • Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
  • Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
  • Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
