Industrial Sales Representative

New England Territory | Advanced Manufacturing | Uncapped Earnings

Base Salary: $65,000-$100,000 + Uncapped Commission
First-Year Target Earnings: $90,000-$140,000+
Top Performers: $150,000+


For more than 60 years, Belmont Equipment & Technologies has been a leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, helping aerospace, medical, defense, and precision machining companies improve productivity through EDM technology, consumables, automation, and technical expertise.

We're growing and looking for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout New England.


This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys both hunting for new business and growing existing customer relationships. You'll work directly with manufacturers to solve technical challenges while building a rewarding career with a respected industry leader.


What You'll Do

  • Develop new business opportunities throughout New England
  • Grow and expand existing customer accounts
  • Identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions
  • Follow up on qualified leads generated through marketing and referrals
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with our technical and applications teams to support customer success
  • Meet and exceed territory sales goals


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and organized professional
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, tooling, machine tools, automation, or technical sales preferred
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
