Seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to represent an expansive product portfolio for our Orthopedics Division!


As an Associate Sales Representative, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote CONMED’S Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a distributorship with hands-on training and clinical support.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist in generating new sales opportunities and maintaining existing business
  • Meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas assigned by the company
  • Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
  • Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with the appropriate teams
  • Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers


What You Need:

  • One of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience required
  • Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism
  • Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and exercise strong decision-making skills
  • Exceptional focus and ability to bring tasks to completion
