Registered Nurse – Perioperative

Shift: Day - 3x12, 7am-7pm

Assignment Details Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (Required); Bachelors degree in nursing (Preferred) Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in the State, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC (Required); CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training (Preferred) Experience: None (Required); Previous RN circulator experience, Peri-op 101 course, Scrub experience (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room. Act as a patient advocate and supervise assigned personnel. Communicate the patient's status to relevant parties throughout the continuum of care. Administer medications safely and correctly, ensuring patient rights and dignity are maintained. Document nursing care accurately and legibly. Collaborate effectively with other disciplines and maintain required competencies.
