Your Role
As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients in the ER. Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who are currently licensed as Registered Nurses (RNs) in Oregon. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred but not required, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is also acceptable.
Candidates with at least one year of experience in emergency nursing or critical care are strongly preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are highly recommended.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Compassion and empathy are also essential traits, as you will be interacting with patients and their families during stressful times.
