Job description

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Receptionist in the Des Moines, IA area. As Receptionist you will greet guests, patrons and community leaders as they visit our local office. Complete administrative tasks as assigned. This is a short term contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!
Responsibilities for this Receptionist job include:
• Answer telephone/greet and direct guests, patrons and community leaders
• Excellent Customer Service
• Complete administrative duties using MS Office Suite

• Data Entry and typing
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

• Accurate keyboarding skills
We have a first shift Mon-Fri position available. Starting pay will be $23 to $25 an hour.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
