Meadowview of Clive, a Cassia community, is hiring a Receptionist to join our team in Clive, IA. This is a great opportunity for those seeking entry-level work or wanting to learn and grow in a healthcare setting. Whether you are beginning your healthcare journey or bringing valuable experience, at Meadowview of Clive you will feel appreciated, supported, and empowered to grow.
As a Receptionist at Meadowview of Clive, you will greet visitors, answer, and route phone calls, help with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with the elderly, can multi-task and assist with administrative support and is friendly and professional in all situations. 

Position Type: Part-Time, working a rotating schedule between Sunday-Saturday and every other weekend
Shift Available: flexible6 hour days between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wage: $17.00 / hour
Location: 3300 Berkshire Pkwy, Clive, IA 50325
 

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Always provide excellent customer service.
  • Deliver mail, packages, flowers, etc. received at the reception desk.
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Answer guest questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.
  • Provide basic word-processing and data support as needed.
  • Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Follow through on census sheets, discharging, room changes, etc.
  • Complete Move In, Move out, relocation paperwork and filing.
  • Give tours if Marketing Director is not available.
  • Assist in Dining room and with escorting residents as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed.
Receptionist Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. 
  • Must have a passion for helping others and working with the elderly.
  • Preference given to those with administrative / reception experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
