Pay Range: $16 - $16.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - No OT, holidays, or weekends
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist visitors with registration and check-in procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Provide support to office staff with various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
