Job Description:

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners while providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Because this position regularly assists Spanish-speaking customers, fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Creative Risk Solutions (CRS), a proud line of business under the Holmes Murphy umbrella, is a leading Third-Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in innovative claims management solutions. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary receptionist, working closely with the administrative team to support daily business functions.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, including handling overflow and backflow calls as needed.
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information over the phone.
  • Process claim-related documentation, including attaching and uploading documents into company systems.
  • Enter and maintain W-9 information accurately within the system.
  • Manage and process returned physical mail
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be Spanish bilingual with both written and verbal communication
  • Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years prior work experience with receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
