Job description

Under the leadership of the Manager of Physician Recruitment, the Provider Services Coordinator is directly responsible and accountable for coordinating and supporting the day-to-day functions of the new PPG provider onboarding and recruitment processes. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing PPG New Provider Orientation and recruitment tasks and duties as assigned, while also supporting the department’s data needs. Supports the Onboarding and Recruitment teams with projects as needed.

Associate's degree or knowledge and skills gained in a health care related field to be comparably qualified.

Exceptional skills for working in in a team environment and communicating with all providers, hospital administrators, Medical Directors, Physician Executives and Practice Managers. Extensive knowledge of principals and practice of onboarding new providers including but not limited to: report preparation, creation of spreadsheets, database information input and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of windows operating system software including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, Power Point, etc.
