Objectives of This Role:

Project coordinators are responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget, and details of a given task are well organized. They communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan. In addition, they organize reporting, plan meetings, and provide updates to project managers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Help prepare budgets
  • Analyze risks and opportunities
  • Oversee project procurement management

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role, 0 to 2 years preferred
  • Experience in project management from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flow charts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
