Global consumer products organization is seeking an experienced IT Integration Project Manager to support acquisition and integration initiatives across business and technology teams. The role involves managing project timelines, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional integration activities in a ServiceNow-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple IT integration projects simultaneously across global and regional teams
  • Drive project planning, timeline tracking, governance, reporting, and delivery coordination
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Digital, Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Data, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and Technology
  • Support integration activities, stakeholder communication, risk management, and executive presentations
  • Work within ServiceNow-based workflows and project management environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and system integration partners
  • Support digital commerce, omnichannel, and third-party integration initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across leadership approval checkpoints and governance processes
Required Skills:
  • 5–7+ years of IT Project Management / Integration Delivery experience
  • Strong experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and matrixed environments
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, reporting, and project coordination
  • Strong governance, risk management, reporting, and delivery management skills
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting digital commerce or omnichannel initiatives is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word)
