Job description

Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Engineering, Project Management or Program Management working in cross functional environments.
  • Supporting Product Development / Launch and Production.

Duties:

  • Own overall program execution including schedule, priorities, and deliverables for flow loop and related assemblies
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams
  • Translate customer forecasts and requirements into actionable build plans and production schedules.
  • Coordinate production activities across assembly, testing, and outsourced operations.
  • Track WIP, throughput, and build status to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor availability of key outsourced components (e.g., cold plates, bent tubes) and escalate supply risks.
  • Support transition of key processes from outsourced to in-house (e.g., tube bending, cold plates)
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, work instructions, and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality teams.
