Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support our Project Managers in overseeing multiple industrial projects. The ideal candidate is hyper-organized, proactive, and detail-orienteda true self-starter with a strong backbone who can handle high expectations. If you love working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and want to make a meaningful impact, this is the role for you. You'll be trusted with significant responsibilities and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Analyze and interpret civil drawings with precision and confidence
  • Manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, ranging from $150K to $400K+
  • Leverage AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook to keep projects on track
  • Bring a keen eye for detail and exceptional follow-through to every aspect of your work
  • Thrive in a culture of high expectations, accountability, and collaboration

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer
  • Industrial construction experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong ability to read and interpret civil drawings with confidence
  • A Type A personalityorganized, proactive, and driven to get things done
  • Ability to work independently and excel under high expectations
  • A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk, Bluebeam, Excel, and Outlook is required

Must Have:
