People Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY:
The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the firm's People Operations function. This role serves as the operational backbone of HR by ensuring employee data, documentation, onboarding, recruiting coordination, compliance activities, reporting, and talent development records are managed accurately and efficiently. The position works closely with HR leadership, the Talent Development Director, the Talent Acquisition function, and firm leaders to help deliver outstanding employee experience.
DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage new hire documentation and coordinate onboarding process and logistics
  • Track employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and terminations
  • Administer employee file management and document retention processes.
  • Support policy administration and employee communications.
  • Assist with People Operations audits and compliance reporting
  • Support recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, recruiting events, candidate communications, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist with recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Track CPE requirements, learning activities, certifications, and training completion.
  • Maintain learning management system records and training documentation.
  • Coordinate leadership development programs, workshops, and training events.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to headcount, turnover, recruiting, training, and workforce metrics
  • Provide operational support for People Operations initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist the Chief People Leader, People Operations Director and Talent Development Director with project coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up
  • Overtime work required throughout the year, as necessary
  • Support annual People Operations processes including employee surveys, performance reviews, and compensation planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes and employee experience.
  • Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, required. Concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in People Operations.
  • Professional services experience, required.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee lifecycle processes, and reporting, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams), required
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, learning management and other HR platforms, required.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects, preferred.

Salary Range: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour (Non-Exempt Status)
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that LSL, LLP provides to compensate and recognize our professionals for their work. All exempt positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and all employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are offered a comprehensive benefits package.
