Position: The HR Associate will own HR operations as well as support the Recruiting and Sales teams by assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is a GREAT opportunity for continued HR experience in the exciting and ever-changing Staffing Industry.


Job Responsibilities include:

  • Process weekly payroll and create associated invoices
  • Track and maintain records for PTO, holiday pay, sick pay, and bonuses
  • Serve as the point of contact for pay, benefits, and time-off inquiries
  • Complete commission reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Onboard new hires and facilitate orientation calls
  • Manage and administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communications
  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and drug screenings
  • Handle exit interviews, unemployment claims, and associated documentation
  • Maintain and update HRIS records for all employees
  • Manage general office tasks; edit and format resumes, send online assessments, answer and direct incoming calls, order supplies and business lunches
  • Assist Recruiters with sourcing as needed


Job Requirements:

  • Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Interest in the Staffing Industry and Human Resources
  • Experience using ATS platforms (i.e. Bullhorn)
  • Knowledge of UK employment practices
  • Previous HR Coordinator experience (Internships included)
