How do you fit in?
We are looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our People Team, serving as a key contributor to a smooth, consistent employee experience across the full lifecycle. In this role, you will coordinate workflows, enter and maintain accurate data, and support effective execution of core processes spanning onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility.
You will also partner cross-functionally to manage compliance-driven initiatives, keeping critical work moving forward across the organization. Beyond execution, you will play an active role in identifying opportunities to improve systems and workflows, helping build the scalable infrastructure that supports Fabletics as we grow.
What you will do:
  • Partner cross-functionally to evaluate, document, and optimize People Operations workflows, ensuring employee lifecycle processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed.
  • Project manage compliance-driven initiatives, such as new regulatory requirements and other changes, ensuring timely execution and clear communication across the organization.
  • Support the rollout of new People Ops processes as the function scales, including documentation, communications, and change management.

  • Enter and audit HR transactions in Workday HCM & Benefits, including promotions, transfers, compensation adjustments, and job changes, and terminations, with accuracy and timeliness in coordination with HRBPs and Total Rewards.
  • Support routine data pulls and reporting requests from Workday for team and stakeholder use
  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring People Operations processes
  • Identify repetitive or manual workflows and surface recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce error

What you can bring:
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, or HR shared services, or People Ops.
  • Hands-on experience processing transactions in Workday HCM
  • Experience owning or supporting onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with an HR or IT ticketing platform such as FreshService, ServiceNow, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Clear and effective cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.
