OPERATIONS MANAGER
Position Reports to: School Director
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm + some out of school time responsibilities
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 (Please note that this is a general range; salaries are determined based on credentials and years of experience)

Position Summary:
To achieve our mission, we rely on consistently excellent support functions to allow our teachers to focus on instruction. Our Operations Team is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of our schools outside of curriculum and instruction.
The Operations Manager leads the school's daily operations, which includes managing the school's office, Operations Assistants, Operations Associates, Food Service Coordinator and Bus Attendants.
The Operations Manager must demonstrate high levels of professionalism and urgency with all parties, excellent organization skills, consistency and reliability, and most importantly, grace under pressure.
The Operations Manager will lead the Operations Team to ensure quality in the following areas:
  • Compliance
  • Technology
  • Facilities
  • Student Enrollment & Recordkeeping
  • Purchasing
  • School Programs & Logistics
  • School-wide events for Staff and/or scholars
  • Food Service & Transportation
  • Test Administration
  • Data Systems Management
  • Team Development

Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in operations at a charter school
  • Undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Alignment to Classical Charter School's mission and approach

  • Strong presence with students and staff
