Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Manage users, groups, licenses, roles, permissions, and access through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and availability.
  • Support Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
  • Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, document libraries, and access issues.
  • Support Microsoft Teams configuration, meetings, calling, collaboration, and user issues.
  • Assist with device management and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
  • Implement and support Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and data protection policies.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 compliance, retention, eDiscovery, auditing, and information governance activities.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine Microsoft 365 administration tasks.
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts and suspicious activities in collaboration with security teams.
  • Participate in Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades, tenant configuration, and integration projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration records.
  • Work with vendors and Microsoft Support to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users and internal IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or support.
