Job Description

Management Information Systems, Company is a client-focused Managed Services Provider that has been in operation since 1998. Our well-established and growing Technology and Consulting company has serviced the Greater Indianapolis area and nationwide locations, supporting our partners in their technology needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, e-mail, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Escalate problems to appropriate resources in a timely manner.
• Efficiently prioritize situations and involve relevant parties as necessary.
• Effectively communicate issues identified and work performed to partners.
• Maintain communication with partners including follow ups and feedback.
• Effectively document work process for internal and external use.
• Assist with and/or lead projects, solution implementation, and equipment deployment.
• Comfortably advise Partners on business needs as they relate to information technology.
• Stay current with system information, new technologies, industry changes, and vendor updates.
• Flexible schedule for on-call situations.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and people skills.
• 5-7+ years of systems support – With a strong understanding of relevant Windows OS’s (Server & Desktop).
• Experience with Windows Server Migration (On premise to Azure) as well as on premise migration and management
• Microsoft Intune design, deployment, and management
• Experience with Office 365 /Azure Administration
• Current Microsoft Azure-based certification
• Solid knowledge of networking; including firewall, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Relevant industry vendor or other related certifications preferred. (I.E. Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.)
