Position Description
As a Health System Manager in the Raleigh, NC area, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:
• Direct and manage the activities of the territory managers including establishing quarterly sales plans
• Maintain and enforce appropriate expense management guidelines
• Ensure the achievement of sales numbers in the District
• Interface with executive level customers in hospitals
• Teach and train the team on time management, organization skills, lead qualification and best operating room conduct
Position Requirements
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
  • Applied Medical team member in good standing
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional sales experinace
  • At least 6 years of experience in medical device sales and 4 years in OR sales
  • Candidates must have a documented track record of success and demonstrate a strong orientation towards teamwork and flexibility
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Candidates should reside within geographic District
  • 4-year degree

Benefits
The base compensation range for this role is $85,000-$105,000/ year for the position in this location. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries in this specific geographic area based on the date of this job posting. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and bonus/commission compensation package during your hiring process.
