Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to corporate and shared services leaders, helping translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee matters across business support and assigned field operations teams
  • Provide guidance and ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices
  • Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and coordination of onboarding/orientation
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and coaching
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and career development efforts
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Travel to field locations to provide hands-on HR support
  • Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
  • Participate in and lead HR initiatives such as policy updates, system implementations, and process improvements
  • Leverage HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Support change management and organizational development efforts
Qualifications:
Required
  • Associate's degree or equivalent HR experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP support role
  • Experience supporting corporate and/or frontline/field employees
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience supporting both corporate functions and field/operations teams at multiple sites
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Travel required approximately 30%-40% to support field operations
